King Ribs: An Indianapolis Barbecue Joint

If you have a hankering for barbecue in Indianapolis, King Ribs is a pretty good choice to satiate that desire. For dessert, if you like the kind of sweet that will rot the teeth out of your mouth as you chew, go ahead and have a piece of Chess Pie. Otherwise opt for the fantastic Sweet Potato Pie. Bando Korean Restaurant

Bando Korean Restaurant is a once popular place that has definitely seen better days. While I enjoyed the flavors, the portions were skimpy and mostly filler. While Bando Korean Restaurant’s food warrants one piggy, I don’t recommend going here because of the ambiance and cleanliness of the joint. Read More at The Whole Hog

Taste of Europe: An Eastern European Deli

Taste of Europe is a little Eastern European Deli in an industrial area on the northwest side of Indianapolis that serves hot food in a small dining room off to the side of the store. It is a great place to go if you want a good lunch or dinner with no frills. The food is fresh, satisfying and above all delicious. Just don’t go there expecting to eat and leave because it's guaranteed you’ll find something else in the store to add to your bill! Read More at The Whole Hog

Pub Food at Lord Ashley’s is Disappointing

I cannot really recommend this restaurant. I'm not even sure I am willing to go back to give them a second chance. The worst thing a restaurant can do is serve something that is less than fresh to a customer. Once detected, it makes the customers question everything they've eaten that evening. In summary: I wouldn't bother. Read More at The Whole Hog

Fat Dan’s Chicago Style Deli

Fat Dan’s Chicago Style Deli is burger and dog joint that just happens to sell pretty good barbecue as well. The restaurant is ideally located as a meeting place to stop in at with friends for good beer and a meal before heading into Broad Ripple. In summary; the service is good, the food is fresh, it tastes great, and there is plenty of it. I’d be happy to go back any time. Read More at The Whole Hog
